Blend together dry ingredients such as sugar, powdered milk, Methocel, starch, salt, cinnamon, and nutmeg. Add dry ingredients to pumpkin and mix well. Add water and mix until smooth. Allow to stand at least 1 h at room temperature. Add eggs, mix well and fill pie shells. Bake pie at 425 F for 25 min. |
