Charge the urea and water to a suitable vessel, and, with stirring,
heating the mixture to 70'C. When the urea is solubilized, add
"Tergitol", and continue to stir until clear. Charge the bactericide and
dye. Pour the molten formulation into a suitable mold and allow to
solidify.
