Dissolve Methocel in water and bring to boil. Blend in rest of ingredients (slowly). Temper 15 min at 120 F. Apply at 120 F to doughnut hot from the fryer.
Note: If so desired, Methocel product may be diluted in a carrier such as those used in commercially available standardized icing stabilizers. |
