    配制方法: Note: The most appropriate blend will depend on the specific needs of a particular situation. If the conditions under which the fruits and vegetables are processed and stored are not the best, then a blend with a higher ratio of ascorbic acid to citric acid will be required.
    Each of these combinations can be used by dissolving 1 oz of the blend per gallon of cold water. Chopped vegetables or fruits are then dipped in this solutionn for 30-45 s, spin dried, and stored in closed polyethylene bags, under refrigeration, until used. Under these conditions the fruits and vegetables should retain their natural, fresh appearance and flavor for up to 5 days after being processed.
