| 配制方法： |
heat resin 18 in solvent at 80 until dissolved. add preheated (80 C) polybutene and stir. pour solution over TPE and heat 15 min in oven at 99 C. place on pebble mill for 2-3 h. alternately heat and roll until homogeneous. heat to 80 C and mix in high speed stirrer at 2000 rpm. gradually add preheated (80 C) emulsifiers and antioxidant.
add boiling water slowly until inversion occurs. add remaining water.
mix for 10 min. blend in tackifier and latex. |
