    配制方法: dry blend all ingredients, except water and vanilla flavor, with a paddle in the hobart mixer for 3 min at No. 1 speed. add water and flavor to the mix and blend for 1 min at No. 1 speed; scrape with a spatula.
    blend 1 1/2 min at No. 2 speed; scrape down with spatula. beat another 2 min at No. 3 speed. spread on cooled bakery product.
