    coconut easter eggs

    配方类型: BEVERAGES AND FOODS
    配方组成: water/4 lb
    dessicated coconut/10 lb
    invertase/2 oz
    salt/2 oz
    "treshvert" stand ardized plastic invert sugar/1 lb 8 oz
    vanilla-coconut flavor/as desired
    mix the "freshvert" and the water, add the coconut, mix well and set aside.
    fondant sugar/50 lb
    water/1 lb
    moistened coconut
    frappe No.1 or 2/3 lb
    配制方法: place half the fondant/sugar, frappe, water, invertase, salt, and flavor into bowl of upright beater or a dough mixer. mix well. add the remaining fondant/sugar, mix well. add the moistened coconut, mix slowly to distribute in the batch. do not mix too long. scrape down bowl or mixer several times until batch is uniform. form into egg shapes at once.
    coat with chocolate.
