Heat phase A to 80'C. Heat phase B minus the triethanolamine to 80'C. Add phase A to phase b at 80'C. Mix while cooling to 50'C at which point add the triethanolamine. When uniform add phase C and then the perfume. Stir with cooling to 30'C and pour. |
