Add Magnabrite to the water with high shear at 75'C. Agitate for about one hour. Mix Arlacel 165 and glycerine and add the Magnabrite/water suspension. continue mixing until the mixture cools to 30'C. Add cyclomethicone last and continue mixing for at least 15 minutes. |
