Corrugating Starch (Secondary Mixer) |
| 配制方法： |
Add cold water to 26 in. from top and heat to 90'F. Add 175 to 200 lb. "ASP" 400, mix 5 minutes and add 1020 lb. corrugating starch. Mix 10 minutes, add 34 lb. borax and 8 lb. formaldehyde. Add contents of upper mixer, allowing 20 to 25 minutes. Mix 10 minutes, then check viscosity which should be 40 to 45 seconds. Check level which should be 8.5 to 9 in. from top. Add 6 lb. sulfonated castor oil then pump to storage.
Operating viscosity should be about 33 to 35 seconds. Quantity of corrugating starch in carrier (upper mixer) may be adjusted to obtain correct viscosity. |
