Heat all the ingredients under A at 90 to 95'C. in one container.
Stir the mixture until it cools to 65'C. In another container, heat the ingredients under B to 65'C. Add B to A slowly, with stirring. Stir until the mixture cools to 35'C. Pour at 33 to 35'C. The cream will become firm after standing overnight. |
