Dissolve the "Carbopol" in the water at room temperature. Add the remaining ingredients. except diisopropanolamine, warm to 60'C., and mix well. Add diisopropanolamine with agitation until a pH of 6 is reached.
Allow the mixture to cool to 35'C., with gentle stirring. |
