All ingredients may be mixed in a Banbury mixer or on a rubber mill.
For best results, grind the pigment and lead silicate in a portion of the plasticizer on a paint mill and then preblend all ingredients in a ribbon blender or similar device before Banbury mixing or milling.
this sheeting can be calendered to 0.02 in. thickness for upholstery and similar uses. It has flame resistance and good low-temperature flexibility. |
