Melt the monostearate and lanolin, add the terpineol, and bring the temperature to 60'C. Heat the water to 60'C. and add it quickly, all at one time, using mechanical agitation. Add the propylene glycol and stir continuously but slowly to prevent aeration, until the cream cools to room temperature. When the cream is at 35 to 40'C., add the perfume. |
