Heat the "Armowax," "Ethomeen," and stearic acid together to approximately 140'C. (284'F.). Add in a thin stream to the water heated to 100'C. (212'F.), using vigorous agitation. continue stirring until smooth. for maximum fineness of particle size, use a colloid mill or equivalent.
Lumping is a natural occurrence in the initial stages and will thin out on continued agitation. |
