Margarine/Direct addition of potassium sorbate./0.05-0.1% ascorbic acid Wine (still type)/Direct addition as potassium sorbate/0.02-0.04% to inhibit yeast fermentation, this amount may effect a 25% reduction in sulfur dioxide.
