Knife-coat the cotton print cloth with the latex compound to provide a barrier coat before applying the adhesive coat. Apply a 10-mil wet latex adhesive coat. Vibrate the sample on a beater bar and dust with 0.30-in. rayon flock. Cure the samples for 15 min at 135'C (275'F). |
