    配制方法: Carefully blend all ingredients. Weigh off 90 g per packet. Mix contents of packet with 150 ml cold water. Beat at highest speed until a good aeration is obtained. Add wine or cordial and mix well. Whip separately 85 ml of dairy cream or nondairy topping and fold in. Fill into cups, place in refrigerator and allow to set. Serve within 2 h.
