配制方法: |
Pour fruit juice in cooker with the water, dissolve pectin in this solution and heat to 180'F. Add the high fructose corn syrup and regular corn syrup and heat to 180'F. Check solids and make necessary adjustments to provide 65% soluble solids in finished jelly. Add acid just prior to filling. |
