配方组成: |
Sodium Hydroxide/7 oz/gal Sodium Carbonate/9 oz/gal Current Density (reverse current)/75 amp/ft^2 To one pint of this solution, add 0.5 fluid ounce of 100 vol. hydrogen peroxide. Then immerse the article to be stripped. The container should be placed in a sink as there may be a sudden evolution of heat with violent gassing. This will increase the stripping action. This solution can be used for removing light deposits on copper and its alloys and heavy deposits from high nickel alloys and ferrous metals. Formula No.19 (Nickel from Magnesium) Make work anodic in a solution of 15-25% hydrofluoric acid and 2% sodium nitrate Formula No.20 (Nickel from Zinc and Aluminum hydrochloric Acid/5-20% Temperature/70-140 F Hydrochloric Acid/1 pt Water to make/1 gal Sulfur/2 oz/gal Hydrochloric Acid/conc. Keep the article dry and make contact before entering the bath. Wash well and dry after treatment. Formula No.21 (Nickel from Zinc-Base Die Castings) Work is made anodic at room temperature and 6 volts in a 50-55'C. Baume solution of sulfuric acid and water. Formula No.22 (Nickel and Chromium from Zinc) Sulfuric acid process as for nickel from zinc and aluminum. |
