add 56 g of the above mix to 12 oz of cold whole milk, in qt mixing bowl. mix at low speed for 1 min. scrape down sides of bowl. now mix at medium speed for 3 min. add 4 oz of sugar and continue to mix for a min longer. pour into prebaked pie shells and refrigerate until firm. |
