    配制方法: method 1: disperse the food gums into the oil with mild agitation.
    add the water with mild agitation. add the vinehar eith mild agitation. add the sugar, salt andspices; ahitate or homogenize.
    method 2: dry-blend food gums with sugar and salt. add dry blend to water andvinegar; stir to hydrate gum particles. add oil; agitate or homogenize.
    method 3: disperse food gums, sugar, and salt in oil. stir 5-20 min.
    add water and vinegar; agitate or homogenize.
