thoroughly blend all dry ingredients in mixing bowl at low speed. add salad oil and slurry ingredients, undder low agitation, until uniformly dispersed. add vinegar and water to slurry and increase mixing raew as hydration and viscosity build occur. dressing should beready for use in 2 3 min. |
