the proportion of dry mix in the finished dessert is 27.216%. preparation of dry mix: dry-blend all the ingredients thoroughly. package 89 g per pouch. preparation of finished dessert: mix contents of the package (89 g) of dry mix with 238 ml (7 1/2 oz) of cold milk, using an electric mixer at low speed. whop blend at high speed for 3-5 min or until whipped. spoon into dessert dishes and refrigerate. serve chilled. note: water may be substituted for milk i desired. if making this substitution, increase whipping time from 3-5 min |
