Fluidized Bed Dipping |
| 配制方法: |
Powders are contained in a large tank and made "fluid" by air blown through a porous plate located deep in the tank. A plenum chamber below the plate allows uniform air flow up through the powder. The flow expands the mass and separates and suspends the individual particles. The bed can also be vibrated to aid in fluidizing the powder compound mass and to maintain uniform suspension. the constantly moving particles can then coat intricately designed parts uniformly. The compounded powder melts and sticks to the surfaces of preheated parts dipped into the bed. In addition to part temperature, immersion time, shape and size control coating thickness. Duration of immersion can be from one to 30 seconds. Large, intricately shaped parts may need to be moved about in the tank-up and down or back and forth-to assure a uniform coating. If coating irregularities occur, they most often appear as pinholes, roughness, "orange peel" or non-uniform thickness. These are found most often at inter-sections |
