| 配制方法： |
Add the first three ingredients to the flask, and dissolve while heating to 60'C. Add the remaining ingredients in order. Heat the mixture with slow agitation for 70 hours at 60-80'C., followed by distillation for 3 hours to aid in the removal of unreacted monomer.
During distillation add water continuously to replace that removed. Cool the mixture to 35'C., acidify with 10 ml. conc. HCl, stir for 30 min.
And filter. Wash the product with water several times on the filter, transfer to a beaker and wash by stirring with one liter methanol for 1/2 hour. Decant the methanol and repeat washing three more times.
Collect the product on a filter and dry at room temperature at oil-pump pressure. |
