配制方法: |
Filling: 1. Melt butter. Saute onions; add tomatoes and green pepper. 2. Cook over low heat 5 minutes. 3. Stir in "TVP", salt, and chili pepper. 4. Remove from heat; mix in eggs, raisins, and olives. Cool. Pastry: 1. Sift flour and salt together. 2. Cut in butter. 3. Stir in enough water to form dough into ball. 4. Cover and let stand 15 minutes. 5. Roll out on lightly floured surface as thin as possible and cut in 5'' circles. 6. Place about 1 tbsp. filling on each. Brush edges with water and fold over dough, pressing edges firmly. 7. Fry in 360'F fat until puffed. Increase heat to 400'F to brown. Drain and serve hot or cold. Variations: (1) Freeze uncooked. To serve, bake frozen product in oven at 400'F for 40 minutes. (2) Deep fry and freeze. To serve, heat in oven at 400'F for 10 minutes. |
