配制方法: |
1. Soak beans overnight (about 12 hours) in 1 cup water. 2. Saute onion and celery in shortening. 3. Combine sauteed onion and celery, tomato puree, chili powder, red pepper, sugar, "TVP", and remaining 1 cup water. Cook for 30 minutes. 4. Add beans and cook 30 minutes longer. 5. Add vinegar just before filling cans. 6. Process according to national Canners Association recommendations. |
