    配制方法: 1. Hydrate "TVP" in water. Add undrained "TVP" to chopper.
    2. Chop all ingredients in Hobart Silent Cutter or similar chopper 4-5 minutes to obtain a smooth, pasty mass.
    3. Cook in double boiler for 20 minutes.
    4. Cool in refrigerator until the material can be formed into cylinders approximately 3 inches long and 1 inch in diameter.
    Corn Meal Casing 5. Combine salt, fat, and half of water and bring to slow boil.
    6. Combine corn meal and remaining water in second pan. Stir over low heat until water is absorbed.
    7. Combine contents of two pans and heat over hot watr for 1 hour.
    8. Cool mixture to 130'F.
    9. Pat 2 ounces of mixture onto a 3.25x5.25'' piece of waxed paper. Roll casing and waxed paper around formed tamale filling, unrolling paper as casing is filled into place. Cover with foil and freeze.
    Tamale 10. Heat foil-covered tamales for 30 minutes at 425'F. Remove foil and heat for additional 10 minutes to brown.
