1. Blend "A" dry ingredients. Then mix well into water, using high speed agitation. 2. Heat to 120'F and add "B". 3. Heat to 160'F for 30 minutes to pasteurize. Add flavor. 4. Homogenize at 2,000 and 500 psi. 5. Cool to 40'F. |
