1. Blend "A" together in dry form. 2. Disperse "A" in the water. Add "C" and heat at 180-190'F for 5-10 minutes to pasteurize. 3. Homogenize mix at 2,500 and 500 psi through a two-stage homogenizer. 4. Cool to 40'F. |
