Stir the pigments and filler into the water and continue stirring with low shear equipment for a few minutes. The epoxy emulsion is few minutes. The epoxy emulsion is added last to complete this package.
Curing agent is added and mixed by hand to provide the complete product.
Material cost is competitive with latex based block fillers. A 55% PVC filler can be made by adding the following to the above formula: |
