Meat Fresh cuts of beef, pork, veal, and lamb are greatly improved by the use of MSG. This is especially true of the poorer quality cuts which often do not possess as good a flavor as the choice cuts. Use of MSG by the meat packer on these cuts of meat will insure consumer acceptance. It should be dusted on the meat at the rate of 2.5 oz per 100 lb. |
