Heat water to 120 to 140'F and pour into the "Varisoft" 222 (making sure the softener concentrate is above 60'F). Stir, preferably with paddle type action, since at this stage there will be gel formation. If a thinner gel is desired, a few percent of isopropanol may be added. |
