    配制方法: Mix water, onion powder, anchovy paste, and garlic powder; bring to a boil and simmer 30 min with mixing.
    Add malt vinegar, bring to 190'F., hold for 20 min, then cool to room temperature.
    Premix spice extractions and oil concentrates in the brown sugar and add to the cool batch with mixing.
    Continue mixing for 15-30 min.
    fill into wooden kegs, casks, or tanks and age in wood for 90 days; then bottle.
