| 配制方法： |
slurry Avicel RC with water; add combined sugar and CMC. Warm mixture to about 130'F.
Add combined, melted fat and emulsifier, heat to 160'f and homogenize at 1500/500, cool. Add vinegar, flavor and preservatives after cooling.
Flavor for 1000 g batch: 4 ml Imitation butter Flavor, one ml 50% lactic acid, one gram sodium benzoate, add suitable color. |
