Disperse Avicel-RC in water, start heat. Add sucrose and caseinate. Heat combined emulsifiers and fat, then add to mix. Pasteurize and homogenize @ 1500 psi (105 kg/sq cm). Cool rapidly. Flavor using combined ingredients below 1 volume "Stabilac" No.2 2. volumes Imitation Butter Flavor |
