    Salt
    Shortening

    Sour cherries

    Almond extract
    配制方法: Combine flour and salt. Cut in shortening. Add water and blend. Roll on lightly floured board. Cut circles 4 in. in diameter and place on tart pans. Bake at 450'F., 10-15 min, or until golden brown.
    Meanwhile, drain cherries, saving the juice. Place cornstarch in a sauce pan. Gradually blend in the cherry juice and Sucaryl Sweetener. Cook over low heat until thickened. Remove from heat; add almond extract; cool. Place cherries in the cooled tart shells. Pour the cooled cherry juice over them for a glaze.
    This formula represents a reduction of approximately 42% in calories.
