    $G: Egg whites
    Cream of tartar
    "Sucaryl" powder
    Sifted cake flour
    Vanilla
    配制方法: Have egg whites at room temperature; beat until foamy; add cream of tartar; beat until stiff, but not dry. Add Sucaryl sweetener and sift 3 times with cake flour. After flavoring is added, sift a small amount of flour over surface; fold in using mechanical mixer at lowest speed.
    Repeat until all flour is added. Bake in moderately hot oven (375'F) for 35 min. Cool upside down in pan wire rack. When cool, remove from pan.
    This formula represents a reduction of approximately 60% in cal.
