dissolve the "norfox" X in water at roo, temperature. add water-soluble dye predissolved in water. slowly mix for 3-5 min until completely blended. if perfume is used, add it while blending. slowly add warmed (120?) water to the preblended ingredients. package in glass or plastic. if steel drums are used they should be lined to avoid corrosion.
directions for use: rinse car to remove loose dirt and grime. dilute 2-3 oz of the wash-wax solution in a bucket of water or set the proportioning equipment to deliver a similar amount. wash the car with this solution. rinse with clear water. towel dry or blow off with high CFM blower system.
use of this material in automated equipment will permit elimination of the rinse additive system or allow the asme results to be obtained if no rinse additive equipment is available. if a rinse system is in place the surface will be prepared in a manner to enhance its performance. |
