Melt a and b together at 70'C. Dissolve d in c at 70'C. Add c-d to a-b gradually, mixing until completely emulsified. Permit temperature to drop to 20'C and mix for half hour.
NOTE: An excellent solid cream may be made by reducing the mineral oil content to 5 parts by weight. |
