    配制方法: Blend the resin upon the catalyzed aggregate for 5 minutes.
    The resulting mix with 10-30 minutes working life is promptly rammed into a form to a typical green density of approximately 1.6. Green strength is usually adequate for immediate stripping. Alternatively, the shape can be allowed to harden in the form and then stripped. Shellac or other furfuryl alcohol soluble coatings on the form should be avoided. A release agent may be necessary and in our experience silicone spray on metal patterns or polyethylene suspensions on wood patterns have been most satisfactory.
    For carbonization the shape is buried in a mixture of equal parts sand and coke. Cycles satisfactory for a 2'' thickness are as follows: FORMULA No.1 Heat to 1500'F. at a rate of 125'/hr. and hold for about 4 hours.
    FORMULA No.2 Starting at 150'F. raise the temperature about 10' per hour until 300'F. is reached. Then carbonize as for Formula No.1.
