Add the oil-soluble ingredients and solvents to the mixer. With high speed agitation, add small increments of solid resin to the solution and completely dissolve. suitable resin solution concentration and viscosity will depend on the power limitations of the mixer used. Add the amine or KOH to approximately 25% of the total water to be used and add this solution slowly until the change of phase from water-in-oil to oil-in-water occurs. Add the remainder of the water. |
