Heat the wax and fatty acid together to 105'C; add the preheated Morpholine (60-80'C) diluted 1:3 with water, with agitation, and saponify for a short time (approx. 2 min. With continued agitation, add slowly the solvent, preheated to 60-70'c, and cool the batch down to room temperature. |
