| 配制方法： |
1. To a heavy-duty premixer charge 100 lb of water, 14 lb of 100% Acetic Acid, 14 lb of Cupric Acetate (or Sodium Persulfate) and 14 lb of "Kelecin" 1081. Mix until crystalline salts are dissolved (5 min).
2. Add 100 lb of "Linaqua" and mix until uniform (5 min).
3. Add the 725 lb of pigment and mix until smooth and uniform (15-30 min).
4. Reduce with 150 lb of "linaqua" and 150 lb of water, to grinding consistency.
5. Pass paste through More-house Mill set for 3-4 grind.
6. To the letdown tank, charge the remaining 50 lb of "Linaqua" and 9.5 lb of driers. Thoroughly mix the driers into the "Linaqua" before the mill base or additionnal water is added.
7. Mix grinding paste with remainder of vehicle plus driers. Adjust to viscosity with remaining 75 lb of water, filter and package. |
